Mobile Outlook 2010 is part of the Potomac Tech Wire breakfast series that brings together senior executives in the Mid-Atlantic to discuss technology issues in a conversational, roundtable environment moderated by the editor of Potomac Tech Wire. This panel will focus on the overall outlook and major developments in the mobile industry, including the explosion of mobile applications, developments in mobile advertising and content, competing mobile platforms, smartphones, geo-targeting, business models and mobile start-up issues.

The Exhibit Zone at the event offers the opportunity to reach one of the most senior level tech audiences in the Washington, D.C. area. Information on the Exhibit Zone is below.

What do exhibitors receive?

-One table (6' x 2.5') in foyer of Ritz Carlton ballroom in area where networking will occur
-2 tickets to event ($158 value)
-One-page flyer on each attendee seat (225 flyers)

-Logo on signs at the event
-Recognition of sponsorship by moderator at opening and closing of round table discussion.

Who is expected to attend the event?
We are expecting about 200-225 attendees. They represent a cross-section of the area's technology community with a strong interest in interactive marketing.

What is the maximum number of exhibitors? 10

What is the format of the event (March 30)?

7:30-8:05 am: Coffee in exhibit area (ballroom foyer)
8:05-9:30 am: Program in main ballroom
9:30-10:00 am: Networking in both exhibit area and ballroom

Do exhibitors receive the attendee list?
Due to privacy concerns of our attendees, we do not provide a full list of attendees to exhibitors.

What if we have already purchased tickets to the event?
We will refund the ticket registration if you wish to use one of the free tickets under the exhibitor package for someone who has already purchased a ticket.

Do exhibitors get to speak? 
No, the line up of speakers is determined independent of sponsorship or exhibiting. All sponsors will be noted at the beginning and end of the program.

What time is set-up?
Set-up will run from 6:45 am -7:15 am. We ask that all exhibits be set up by 7:15 am.

What time is breakdown?
10:00 am

Will there be internet connections at the exhibit tables?
No. We suggest using wireless data card if you need internet access.

Can we set up a booth instead of using the table?
Due to space constraints, your materials must fit on the table (6 ft x 2.5 ft).

What is the exhibitor cancelation policy?
Refund of 50% if canceled 7 days before event. No refund within 7 days of the event.
